Introducing a WHOLE new way of coaching
What would it take to get from where you are now to where you want to be?
Burned out, anxious, stuck, unmotivated—we get it! At Junto Coaching, we go beyond traditional one or two-dimensional coaching to help you breakthrough burnout, regulate your system, listen deeply, and move towards what matters. Our proven holistic approach is based on the following guiding principles:
Awareness is the First Step to Change
It’s easy to live life on autopilot, moving through daily patterns without much thought or intention. Pausing to observe (and deeply listen to) your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors frees up space to help you clarify what you actually want and then create a plan for action.
“Awareness is like the sun. When it shines on things they are transformed.” Thich Nhat Hanh
Action Allows for Discovery and Progress
Engaging with new ideas and ways of being requires getting into the sandbox of play. Experiential sessions and co-created between session practice creates space for you to experiment, refine, and engage in your own learning discovery.
Movement is Motivated by What Matters to You
Chasing other people’s expectations isn’t sustainably motivating. When you align with your own purpose and values, you access momentum to move you forward.
Safety is at the Root of Change
Without safety — psychological, emotional, spiritual, physical, social — engaging in true, lasting transformation is incredibly difficult. Navigating change through an inside-out, outside-in, nervous system supported approach results in greater sustainability and better client outcomes.
When you work with Junto, you can expect to:
Understand yourself more deeply
Be seen and heard with respect and care
Take away simple, effective tools you can use right away
Go beyond talk with meaningful, experiential sessions
Move forward with clear, actionable next steps after each session and at the end of our coaching episode

Coaches and therapists have a lot in common such as helping clients work through emotional discomfort or set goals. But while coaches and therapists both strive to provide safe spaces for exploration, listening, and client wellness, there are key differences in these professional offerings. It is good to be aware of these as you decide what might be needed for your situation.
Therapists are mental health professionals that are trained and certified to diagnose and/or treat mental illness. They provide clinical care. They are able to work with individuals who consider themselves to be functioning below ordinary levels or who have thinking or behavior patterns that significantly interfere with daily living.
Coaches are certified professionals that work with individuals functioning at ordinary levels to set goals, navigate professional or personal challenges, and to elevate performance. Coaches support mental fitness and whole person wellness.
Some coaches (such as at Junto) are trained as mental health coaches and are able to work with mild to moderate anxiety and depression as well as mental health concerns that are common to our lived experience. Junto coaches are also trauma-informed and trained to support nervous system regulation for clients who are functioning at ordinary levels but who may require additional whole person support.
